Terms of Trade

These Standard Conditions apply between Eastland Port Limited and each customer who uses Eastland Port’s services at Port Gisborne. Eastland Port may vary these Conditions at any time by written notice. Such variations will be effective and deemed accepted by the customer 30 days after the dispatch by mail or facsimile, irrespective of whether the notice is actually received.

If any other term or condition is to apply or prevail over these standard Conditions, it must be agreed to in writing by Eastland Port in each case.
